DELIVERANCE – A Poem
Posted by: Cathy on: January 27, 2012
This poem was written in thanksgiving to the Lord for recent healing and deliverance!
DELIVERANCE
Another time another place,
Another season of His grace,
On eagle’s wings I rest and soar,
New mercies sweeter than before.
Why is there ever unbelief,
Asking for help in times of grief,
Our God will move, He’s never late,
If only I will learn to wait.
Again I’ve seen His mighty hand,
The mountain moved, the sea dry land,
His healing touch, His comfort sweet,
A cooling breeze in desert heat.
I love the Lord He’s faithful, true,
Yet once again He brought me through,
Though my faith was a mustard seed,
Right on time Jesus met my need.
